What are the principles of our innovative Steak Experience?
A selection of the best quality produce from around the world, raised by the best breeders, treated with modern meat maturing techniques.
Here you can find the best meat from every continent, for example Wagyu Miyazaki, one of the best beefs in the world from the Miyazaki prefecture in Japan, that for the taste and color of its meat, the softness of its fibers and above all for the quality of its fat outclasses all its rivals in every way.
To prepare raw materials of this quality requires tools of the same level.
For this reason, the undisputed king of the kitchen is the grill made specially for us by Josper, a legendary company, the favorite of the most demanding Chefs and grilled food enthusiasts.

Pizza
Forget the “usual” pizzeria. Instead, picture a place where you can sample surprising combinations, rich in taste and contrasts.
Here you can try traditional Neapolitan pizzas, as well as signature recipes that use the best local produce.
The utmost attention is paid to preparing the dough: long leavening enhances the fragrance of the high-quality flour and promotes digestibility.
Thanks to this attention, the search for the most surprising ingredients and a passion for leavening, our pizza chef Francesco Persico ranked 3rd place at the World Pizza Championships (with over 700 participants), in the Pizza Margherita category
Not just pizza! We bake the bread we serve at breakfast in the hotel and at both restaurants, as well as our extremely popular and highly sought-after Panettoni at Christmas and Colombe at Easter.

Food pairing does not scare us: with our extensive, continuously evolving wine list, we are always able to satisfy our Guests by recommending the most suitable wine to accompany the pizzas and meats on the menu.

Our pastry chef has designed a dessert menu especially for the Roc, with delights such as Adam’s Heart, Eve’s Original Sin, Yesterday and Today double Cheesecake, Lemon Delizia, Caprese Cake, and many more!
