What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in starts at 15:00.
If you reach the hotel beforehand, we will be glad to show you the room if ready.
Alternatively, you can leave your luggage and we will take care of you while you wait.
Check-out, on the other hand, is by 11:00.
Is there a garage?
Parking is available at an additional cost of € 50 per day.
Upon arrival, we will help you with your luggage and take care of the car.
Where is the hotel? Is it close to the beach?
We are in the top part of Positano, in an area called “La Sponda,” on the main coast road.
Once you reach Positano, check-in is extremely easy at the Hotel reception.
The views from the rooms and the restaurant, as well as those from the bar and the pool at the Hotel, are simply unforgettable: in front is the iconic pyramid of colorful houses and the entire Positano bay with breathtaking colors and views.
Positano is a small and pretty town.
The main Mulini square can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
From the square to the beach, on foot only (no cars or shuttle buses), take the route down to the sea for 5 more minutes.
A small orange and white bus called INTERNO POSITANO leaves from Piazza dei Mulini every 30 minutes .
If you do not feel like walking back up to the hotel you can take the bus and get off in front of the Eden Roc after a 3-minute journey.
The cost is € 1.80 per person.
Alternatively, there is a taxi service from Piazza dei Mulini.
Could you organize transfers from Naples to Positano for me?
Certainly!
We can organize private transfers from Naples airport or train station for a cost of € 190 each way in a comfortable Mercedes car for 2 people with luggage, or € 290 in a Minivan that can seat up to 8 people.
To confirm the service, we need to receive an e-mail with a written request, complete with flight or train details (date, time and number).
The driver will wait for you at the arrivals gate or on the train platform with a sign with your name written on it.
Please note that the cost of the transfer service is to be paid in the hotel by credit card.
What’s the best way to reach you from Rome?
Arriving from Rome there are two alternatives:
1) We can organize a private transfer using the car transfer service we work with.
The service costs € 700 in a comfortable Mercedes car for 2 people with luggage, or € 800 in a large minivan that can seat up to 8 people.
The English-speaking driver will bring you right to your destination.
The cost of the transfer service is to be paid in the hotel by credit card.
To confirm the service, we need to receive an e-mail with a written request, complete with the date, time and preferred meeting point.
2) You can take a direct train to Naples by buying a ticket on www.trenitalia.it or https://www.italotreno.it/en http://www.trenitalia.it/
From Naples to Positano then you can book the same transfer service at a cost of € 190 by car for 2 people, or € 290 in a minivan.
Can you give me directions on how to reach the Hotel by car?
To reach us by car take the highway exit CASTELLAMMARE DI STABIA on the A3 between SALERNO and NAPLES.
Then follow directions to Meta di Sorrento and then Positano.
Do not go to Sorrento, as this would lengthen your journey.
What is the nearest bus stop?
The nearest bus stop is “La Sponda,” less than a minute away on foot.
SITA tickets cannot be purchased on board.
You need to purchase them first and then validate them on the bus.
What is the easiest way to reach the Hotel arriving by boat?
We kindly request you to let us know your arrival time at the pier; we will organize a porter service which we highly recommend for an additional cost of € 10 per item of luggage.
Payment can be made directly to the baggage handler.
Eden Roc is 10 to 15 minutes’ walk from the beach.
You need to reach Piazza dei Mulini, the main square in Positano, on a very pleasant 5-minute walk through the picturesque narrow streets of the town.
Once you reach the square you can continue for a further 5 minutes on foot, take the bus, or alternatively take a taxi.
What about breakfast?
The breakfast buffet is an unmissable experience, given the location and the wide range of choice and selection provided.
Every morning we prepare the buffet on the top floor of the hotel from 7.30 to 10.30.
This service is always included in the room rate.
How can I book a table for the Sky Bar, the Adamo ed Eva Restaurant or the ROC Pizza & Steak Restaurant?

What if I want to visit Capri?
There are various options to visit Capri:
1) It is possible to book a group tour “CAPRI in barca,” leaving at 9.00 from Positano and returning at 17.00.
This is a whole day tour on a boat that can seat up to 12 people, divided into two parts.
The first part of the day you will be free to visit Capri on your own for 4 hours, then you’ll jump back on board to enjoy a fantastic tour of the island by sea.
There are also stops along the way in the most beautiful locations, to go for a swim, go snorkeling or just enjoy the view and the sun with a drink in your hand.
We are happy to inform you that snorkeling equipment, beach towels and soft drinks are available and included in the cost of € 125.
The cost is to be paid on board upon departure.
Please note that this type of tour should be booked in advance to be sure to find availability.
Furthermore, please make sure you specify you are interested in visiting the famous Blue Grotto when you check-in at the tourist office in Positano, to be certain to get on the boat that stops there.
Entrance to the Grotto has an additional cost of € 12.
2) It is possible to book a boat for your personal use with an expert skipper who will take you around for the day, based on your wishes and requirements.
There are docks to stop at to visit the island by land and tours where you can see Capri from the sea.
There are also stops along the way in the most beautiful locations, where you can go for a swim or go snorkeling in the crystal-clear water of the Mediterranean Sea.
Snacks, soft drinks, beach towels and snorkeling equipment are also available and included in the cost

3) It is possible to take one of the many ferries that leave Positano every day and return in the afternoon.
